2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@b-fashioncares.com with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost parcels.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order details and photos.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist you further.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and a return process must be followed.
